You need:
2 Jugs of Carlo Rossi White Wine
Add water if needed
2 Branches of Rosemary
2 White onions, guartered
2-3 Apples,
guartered
Handful of Garlic Cloves
Put in large stock pot OR Turkey Fryer for a large group.
Bring to a full boil then add 30-35 Oysters to the boiling liquid
Cook till done or shells are opened, keep checking. Set Oysters on a half shell and put the topping on Oysters I like mine to be put on Bar B-Q on top shelf for more smoked flavor & warming Or chuck oysters and put on a platter / topping.
