You need:
26 hard Shell clams
1/2 c. dry white wine
4-6 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 c. minced parsley
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 T. black pepper
1/2 T. oregano
2 T. Galliano Liqour
2 T. Cecchetti olive oil
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Place scrubbed clams & wine in large skillet or turkey fryer. Cover & steam over low heat until shells open. Discard top shells, arrange in a shallow baking dish mix nest 5 ingredients, spoon over clams. combine the Galliano and olive oil and sprinkle over clams. Sprinkle bread crumbs over all. bake at 425 in oven for 8 minutes.
