June's Roasted Asparagus

  • 2 lbs. asparagus
  • Cecchetti Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese

    1. Cover cookie sheet with foil. Toss asparagus with olive oil & salt & pepper.

    2. Spread on cookies sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 - 15 minutes depending on how you like them. As soon as you take them out, sprinkle parmesan cheese.
